It is perfect for entertaining! The family room with big screen TV is well appointed with French doors leading to a large deck on one side of the room and a large dining area on the other side. The dining table seats 6 and has large windows looking out to 6 beautiful Bradford pear trees. The happy kitchen is fully equipped and very bright. Off of the kitchen is another living/reading/study area with a nice sized desk and a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms are luxurious with high end linens and spacious closets. The master has a large bright bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bathroom also has a shower/tub combo. We have a huge laundry room with a washer and dryer. We are pet friendly (for a little extra) and have a nice sized fenced back yard that has a second fenced in area on the side of the deck. The deck is large with a table for 6 and lots of seating and an outdoor grill. The dog park is just around the corner. Walk your dog there and then head to one of Canton Street's dog friendly restaurants! Historic Roswell has become a "destination" because of it's hip, thriving, diverse dining, shopping, parks and recreation, culture and arts district on Canton Street and the surrounding area, with 30 plus restaurants, many award winning! There is so much within walking distance! There is no lack of things to do in Roswell whether it be a historical tour, a cultural event, visiting art galleries, exploring the Chattahoochee, or enjoying one of the many award winning parks and hiking trails.
