Other details: • The occupancy will be restricted to the members on the lease and we will include a clause about visitors and guests at the house. • This has been a pet-free house for several years now but owner is willing to consider a dog. Dog would need to be brought to the house and observed prior to approval. There will be an additional deposit required. • Smoking outside only and butts must be disposed of properly. :) • Out of the $4,500/mo rent, $500 will be credited toward utilities including heat, electric, water, wifi, and cable. Bills will be tabulated monthly and any overage will be added to the following month's rent. Tenant will be responsible for weekly trash service, lawn care and snow plowing but we do have reasonable service providers and are happy to share contact info. (We could also figure out the actual cost for service and add this on to monthly rent if that is easier for tenant.) Owner will be responsible to turn on and off sprinkler system at the beginning/end of each season. - We typically remove linens from the house for longer-term rentals.
