Basement : 2 queen beds and a full bathroom. Basement is connected to the house. Futon. Second floor: King, Queen, twin. Living room : sofa bed The house includes three flat screen TVs (60", 47" and 32") and has Verizon Fios TV and 75/75 (extremely fast!) wireless internet. One King sized bed, 3 queens sized bed, and one twin sized bed. Additional we have a sofa bed in the living room and a futon. The space would be most comfortable for groups up to 10, but if you are willing too, the space can accommodate up to 13 people, with 3 people staying on the sofa bed and futon. There are 4 - completely empty closets - in each of the front bedrooms for all your things; the fridge is sparkling and empty and kitchen has everything you need for cooking- plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking pans, bowls etc. I have an electronic deadbolt - you will be sent a unique to you code prior to your arrival. Someone may be there when you arrive (depending on time and schedule) Otherwise, the house is yours! I am available by cell phone or e-mail, and promptly answer any and all questions. We have a security system in place with ADT but it will be turn off upon your arrival. The house also has a ring video doorbell at the front door and back door for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house. I am located 0.70 miles from the Georgia Ave-Petworth Metro Station (Yellow/Green Line) about a 10-15 min walk, metro bus is a block away.
