Another amazing quality, is that there is a cookie factory not far away, which literally makes the whole neighborhood smell like fresh baked cookies! Our neighbors so kind and helpful, please make sure to make friends with Thomas, Miss Donna, and Kelvin! I do want you to note that Capital View is an up and coming neighborhood in Atlanta, though still in transition. To that end, you might see a beautifully restored craftsman home next to a vacant boarded up foreclosure. If an urban environment makes you feel uncomfortable, this might not be the listing for you. Capitol View is in a wonderful location for Falcons, Hawks and Atlanta United games. With a Marta station a 15 minute walk away, you can be anywhere in the city within a matter of minutes.
