We are aware of the Coronavirus and are taking these actions personally following each guest turnover:

1. The home is thoroughly cleaned. The entire house is disinfected, including anything the guests may have touched, such as the TV remote, doorknobs, window handles, taps, stair railings, light switches, kitchen appliances, etc. Everything is disinfected with rubbing alcohol and all surfaces are scrubbed, including any tables, chairs and kitchen counters.

2. The hot tub control panel and keyless entries at the front and rear of the home as well as the thermostat in center hallway are disinfected.

3. The mattress protectors, pillow protectors and duvet covers are pulled and washed.

4. The windows are opened and the home is aired out.

5. Hand sanitizer is placed in each room, including kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Hand sanitizer is also placed by front door in the entrance hallway.
