Quiet, cozy, and modern all at the same time! This home has great views and a 5-minute drive to Eagle River for groceries or a great cup of coffee at Jitters (our local spot). With the convenience of being just 25 minutes from Anchorage and 15 minutes from JBER.

There is great hiking and views-for-miles just minutes up the road from our house to the top of Skyline Dr. at Mt. Baldy.

Eagle River is a great spot for day trips north to Eklutna Lake, Palmer, Hatcher's Pass, Big Lake, or south to Arctic Valley or Alyeska for skiing.

Our home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. 3 bedrooms all have king beds and the 4th has 2 queen beds. The house has a cozy feel upstairs with an open floor plan. There is a washer/dryer. There is also an easy flat driveway for any car, or even parking an RV.
